Fixed price, in writing
Confirmed in a written proposal once we've agreed the scope. An unfamiliar system may need a short paid discovery first, priced up front.
50% to start, 50% at launch
Monthly plans are paid in advance, and you can stop with a month's notice.

Common questions
How will I see progress?
Through your private client portal. I upload designs, mock-ups, updates and files as the project progresses, so you can find everything in one place.
What are the running costs?
Hosting and the domain are in your name, and you pay the providers directly. For a simple website, that's usually under £100 a year. Any other software costs are listed in your proposal before you agree to anything.
What if something breaks after launch?
Fixes to anything I've built are free for 30 days after launch. After that, website care is from £29 a month. It covers updates, monitoring, fixes and small text or image changes. App and automation support is priced in your proposal. I reply within one working day, and at weekends if something has stopped working.
How do you handle my data?
If I handle personal data for you, I act as your data processor under UK GDPR and sign a data processing agreement. Data stays with established providers, in the UK or EU where needed. AI tools run on business accounts that don't train on your data, and only with your agreement.
Off-the-shelf or custom?
If an existing tool would do the job well, I'll tell you on the first call. I build custom when off-the-shelf tools don't fit how you work or don't connect to what you already use.
Do I need a technical brief?
No. An idea, a problem or an example of how things work now is enough. A WhatsApp voice note is fine.
About me
I'm Adnan Sarayqum, a Chartered Engineer in London. My background is in quality engineering and process improvement: finding the causes of recurring problems and making systems reliable. I bring that approach to websites, apps and automations, so they're easy for your customers to use and your information ends up where you need it.
In practice, tests run on every change, and automations stop and alert you rather than carry on wrong. A person checks anything an AI isn't sure about, and everything is handed over in your name.
